A “sub-processor” is a third party we engage to help deliver the Services and which may handle personal information on our behalf. This page lists our current sub-processors and is published under clause 8.3 of the Outpost Privacy Policy.
The categories of sub-processor we use are set out in clause 8.2 of the Privacy Policy. The specific providers within each category may change from time to time. Replacing a provider with another within the same category, or adding an additional provider in a category already disclosed, is a routine update and does not itself require re-acceptance of the Privacy Policy - the category you acknowledged at signup remains unchanged.
Where a change to this list is materially adverse to Users - for example, the addition of a new category of sub-processor, a new cross-border data flow to a jurisdiction not previously disclosed, or a change that materially affects the way your personal information is handled - we will notify affected Users by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
