Outpost was built from inside civil delivery, by someone who came up from undergraduate engineer on site, through site engineer, project engineer and project manager, to director of his own delivery business, across small local contractors to multinational Tier 1 builders, running tendering, delivery and closeout across the whole lifecycle. A decade-plus of that judgment is encoded in the product. Still in the field.
The difference is in the detail: an ITP with the subgrade hold point before the pour, the NATA result attached to the lot, a progress claim a superintendent can sign without sending it back. That is the part you see. Thousands of decisions like it sit underneath, the kind you only learn by running the job.
